To JETAA USA and its Country Representatives:
The Council of Local Authorities for International Relations, through its office in New York, the Japan Local Government Center, is pleased to issue this Certificate of Appreciation to formally thank the alumni across the United States for their individual and collective efforts on behalf of Japan in the wake of the recent disasters that have befallen the country. Our thanks go out to everyone involved in JETAA in the US who have, at the local chapter level or on behalf of the national organization comprising all chapters and members, been working to support their adopted country in its hour of need through fundraising and other activities. This certificate has been presented to the Country Representatives but is, in truth, presented to all the active alumni in the US who have helped in their own way, large or small, to support Japan.
