2019 JETAA USA National Conference

The conference will be held at the Inn of Chicago in Chicago, IL. A great thank you to JETAA Chicago for organizing the hotel venue, dining sites, and evening events for this year’s conference!
We invite two delegates from each JETAA USA Chapter to attend. We recommend sending delegates that will be continuing as leaders and play active roles with your chapter in 2019/2020 and beyond
This year’s theme is focusing on the growth of JETAA at the chapter level with our members, leaders and outreach.

Thursday 9/26: Welcome Reception at 7:30pm (optional)
Location: Lizzie McNeill’s (400 N McClurg Ct, Chicago, IL 60611)- join the event
Friday 9/27: Conference 9am – 6pm followed by an evening Reception hosted by Consul General of Japan. Reception is invitation only
Saturday 9/28: Conference 9am – 6pm followed by an evening Reception hosted by CLAIR (Council of Local Authorities) New York. Reception is invitation only
Sunday 9/29: Conference 9am to 12pm, followed by optional local activities
