We are no longer accepting donations. Thank you for your support.
JETAA USA Chapters helped raise approximately $343,000 for Japan.
(as of 5.2011)
In addition to funds raised directly for the JETAA USA Earthquake Fund, US chapters have also lent an active helping hand to raising funds for other charitable organizations. Some of these efforts have been individual efforts of the chapters, but most of them have been collaboratively run events with the JETAA chapter working with one or many local Japanese organizations. Events have run the gamut from silent auctions to nights out at a local bar (in keeping with Japanese cultural values!) to benefit concerts.
