Friday, January 10, 2013 – Welcome Reception hosted by Consul-General of Japan in Boston (Business attire)
The Consul-General of Japan in Boston will be hosting a dinner reception for Regional Conference attendees at the residence of Consul General Akira Muto.
Shuttle bus service will be arranged for delegates to depart at 5:30pm (note earlier time) from the Harvard Square Hotel. If you will arrive later than that, there will be a second shuttle bus departing at 6:30pm, but please note you will miss half of the reception. Latecomers can take a cab from the airport directly to the reception which takes 30 minutes (please note this will be around rush hour traffic) and costs about $50 including tip.
The reception will end at 8:30pm. The shuttle bus will take us back to the hotel by 9:30pm.
Nijikai at Charlie’s Kitchen from 9:45pm followed by sanjikais around Harvard square at Beat Hotel, Russell House Tavern, Daedalus, or Tasty Burger
Saturday, January 11, 2013 – Dinner Reception hosted by CLAIR (Business attire)
CLAIR is hosting the Regional Conference Saturday Dinner Reception. It will be held at O Sushi Restaurant & Bar in Harvard Square from 6pm-8pm. O Sushi is directly across the street from the Harvard Square Hotel so we will meet in the lobby to walk over together just before 6pm.
O Sushi offers sushi, Japanese, and Korean dishes as well as a full bar and is located at:
