In cooperation with ITTT, AJET offers scholarships for two current JETs via an online TEFL program. Two scholarship recipients are selected annually. The scholarships are offered through ITTT, and are for their 120-hour online TEFL course with tutor support. In addition to the regular TEFL course, participants will also receive a certification in teaching either ‘Business English’ or ‘English to Young Learners’.
This year’s recipients are Meredith Smith and Emily Johnson. Both winners demonstrated outstanding activities not only in teaching, but in spreading the values of the JET program and internationalization in their communities. JETAA USA congratulates the recipients and supports AJET in their mission to improve the professional skills of JETs so that they may provide top-notch instruction to their students!
